You may visit your favorite bookstore or online retailer to purchase our books, or you may order from this website at any time.

  • You may purchase any available books on our site. If they are not available, you will be notified at the time of selection to purchase.
  • Products are only available to be bought in and delivered to the US and Canada.
  • Processing time: Your order will be processed and ready to ship one business day after placing it.
  • Shipment time: Our standard shipping time frame is up to 5 business days to receive your order once it is processed.
  • Expedited shipping: You may elect an overnight or 2-day service.
  • Shipping and Handling:
    • For orders delivering in the US, you will be charged a flat rate of $5 per order that covers shipping and handling. Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee.
    • For orders delivering in Canada, you will be charged a flat rate of $20 per order that covers shipping and handling. Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee.
  • You can contact customerservice@littlebeebooks.com with questions about our products, ordering from the little bee books website, and returns.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards only. Please note all billing is handled in USD.

We will refund your little bee books website online purchase if you:

  • Forward the original order confirmation email you received from the little bee books website to customerservice@littlebeebooks.com, along with intent to return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip. Customer Service will reply to confirm that the return products will be expected within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
  • Return new books or unopened box sets in their original condition.
  • Include your packing slip or invoice.
  • Please ship returns, by traceable means, with the original packing slip or invoice, to:

note on returns

  • Original shipment charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
  • Returns made to littlebeebooks.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
  • We cannot issue refunds for items returned to us more than 30 days after shipment date.
  • We are unable to exchange items.
  • The return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from the¬†little bee books¬†website. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online, or retail store.
  • We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
